Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Senior EHS Advisor (Construction) for the Midlands. The role oversees Environmental, Health and Safety performance across multiple Midlands sites, ensuring compliance with Irish legislation and company values.

You will advise site teams on proactive risk measures, lead audits, and drive best practices for safety and sustainability in construction environments, collaborating with project managers and site leadership to implement EHS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a construction EHS role with a proven track record in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of Irish EHS legislation and relevant construction-related standards.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to influence across multiple project teams.

Responsibilities

• Youwill work closely with project managers and site leadership, providing guidance and training, and supporting the implementation of EHS initiatives on all active sites.
