Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment seeks a Senior EHS Advisor (Construction) to oversee Environmental, Health and Safety across multiple sites in Kildare and Offaly. About Your New Job

• As an Intermediate EHS Advisor,youwill oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety performance across multiple sites in the Midlands, ensuring full compliance with legislation and the company’s core values.
• Youwill advise site teams on proactive risk measures, lead audits, and drive best practices for safety and sustainability in construction environments.
• Youwill work closely with project managers and site leadership, providing guidance and training, and supporting the implementation of EHS initiatives on all active sites.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a construction EHS role—musthave proven track record within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of Irish EHS legislation and relevant construction-related standards.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to influence across multiple project teams.
