Job summary

Tech stack includes Envoy, eBPF, HAProxy, Rust, Go, and C++. The role focuses on building scalable distributed systems and delivering secure, high-performance networking solutions for global users.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree or higher in CS or related field.
• Core experience: 5+ years of software design and development.
• Programming languages: Go, Rust, C, or C++.
• Distributed systems & networking: large-scale systems, TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, eBPF.
• Migration: experience migrating live-production legacy infra.
• Open-source traffic infra: Envoy, HAProxy, Apache Traffic Server.

Responsibilities

• Platform Engineering: design, deploy, and optimize edge traffic security platforms over Envoy, HAProxy, IPVS, eBPF, and WAF architectures.
• Legacy Migration: migrate large-scale legacy systems to modern infra without production traffic impact.
• Operational Excellence: address root causes and reduce incident backlogs.
• Support & Hygiene: triage issues and maintain runbooks and docs.
