Job summary

EY in Dublin is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Functional Consultant to configure, customize and integrate Customer Engagement modules for financial services clients. You will be hands-on with technologies to deliver end-to-end solutions and demonstrate capabilities to clients.

You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, run workshops, and translate requirements into functional designs, while supporting go-live and handover activities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform ideally in a Consultancy role or similar.
• Good understanding of D365 CE & Power Platform functional capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform components for clients.
• Run workshops with clients and lead project sessions to translate requirements into designs.
• Create functional specifications and ensure solutions deliver end-user benefits.
• Support go-live activities and handover documentation.
• Expose to Jira or Azure DevOps for project delivery and tracking.
