Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is assisting a reputable client in sourcing an experienced D365CE Functional Consultant for a long-term CRM transformation project. • Proven experience as a functional consultant on Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementations.
• Strong hands-on Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• At least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Confident working directly with clients and stakeholders at every level.
• Comfortable in Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with business stakeholders and translate needs into functional designs.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE apps across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing.
• Design and build Power Platform solutions using model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Write functional specs and user stories; collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customisations.
• Support testing, UAT, data migration, training and go-live; advise on best practices for the Microsoft stack.

We are working with a reputable client to support them in finding an experienced D365CE Functional Consultant, to assist in delivering a CRM transformation project on a long term assignment.

The role will involve running requirements workshops with business stakeholders and turning their needs into functional designs, then configuring Dynamics 365 CE apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and/or Marketing). You'll also design and build Power Platform solutions using model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Alongside this, you'll write functional specs and user stories and work with technical teams on integrations and customisations. You'll support projects through testing, UAT, data migration, training and go-live, and advise clients on best practice so they get the most from the Microsoft stack.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a functional consultant on Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementations
• Strong hands-on Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• At least one full lifecycle implementation
• Confident working directly with clients and stakeholders at every level
• Comfortable in Agile delivery
