Job summary

Codec is seeking a Business Applications Solution Architect to own multiple customer projects, combining deep Dynamics 365 CRM expertise with Power Platform and Azure. You will engage customers as a trusted advisor, contribute to pre-sales, and guide solution design across agile and waterfall deliveries.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization and development.
• Expertise in Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure.
• Ability to design solutions from scratch and engage in pre-sales activities.
• Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies with strong client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own solutions across customer projects, from design through delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on complex decisions and governance affecting multiple teams.
• Lead on pre-sales activities, tenders, bids, and demos for potential customers.
