Jobgether in Ireland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementation projects. You will own initiatives from planning to delivery, coordinating solution architects, clients, and vendors across Europe in a fully remote role.

The position emphasizes building strong client relationships, managing risks, and delivering high-quality solutions within budget and deadlines. A proactive, collaborative mindset and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation projects or other large ERP implementations.
• Proven track record delivering complex ERP projects, with budgets, milestones and risks owned.
• Strong planning, organization and resource allocation across multiple teams and vendors.
• Experience with Incident, Problem and Change/Release Management processes.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects within strategic programs or large-scale ERP deployments.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities with solution architects for budgets and high-level plans.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with clear responsibilities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors and stakeholders to maximize performance.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards; manage risks and issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships and transparent progress updates.
