Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner in Ireland, seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead to evolve a Dynamics 365 CRM platform (primarily Sales) and support integrations with external systems. You will own technical delivery within an Agile team and help shape development standards.

This role requires 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to mentor others, review code, and guide architectural decisions while remaining hands on.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing, customizing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Customer Engagement solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and ability to work independently on an established CRM platform.
• Experience in Agile development environments, sprint planning, testing, and release processes.
• Technical leadership experience: ownership, code reviews, mentoring, and balancing leadership with hands‑on work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance CRM solutions: design, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE solutions with focus on Sales.
• Deliver new functionality translating business requirements into CRM features and improvements.
• Maintain and optimize the existing platform and its integrations with external systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes for stability and performance.
• Collaborate in Agile sprints, participate in releases, and ensure quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership, establish standards, and guide implementation decisions.
