Job summary

Egis Ireland is seeking a Drainage Lead to work on major civil engineering projects across Ireland, including urban drainage and water management. You will lead drainage design, coordinate with clients and provide guidance to junior staff, applying CIRIA, TII and DMURS standards.

Responsibilities include designing pipework, surface water channels, gullies and attenuation systems, plus flow estimation and catchment analysis.

Qualifications

• Must have skills in drainage design to both TII publications and DMURS projects.
• Proficient in MicroDrainage or similar.
• Proficient in HEC-RAS modelling or similar.
• Proficient in CulvertMaster or similar.

Responsibilities

• Act as drainage lead on projects and report updates to clients.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff.
• Design drainage networks including pipes, channels, gullies and attenuation.
• Perform flow estimation, catchment analysis and CIRIA culvert design.
