Hours to cover Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm (37.5 hours per week)

Apogee is looking for an experienced Document Services Team Leader / Senior Document Services Operative to join our team supporting our client's busy corporate site in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with document services, reprographics, print room or post room experience who has led or coordinated a small team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the service, allocating workload, supporting colleagues and ensuring high standards of customer service, quality and productivity are maintained.
While this is a hands-on operational role rather than a formal management position, you will act as the senior member of the team, providing leadership, guidance and support to Document Services Operatives whilst working closely with the Document Services Manager.
Previous experience of leading a small team, coordinating workload or acting as a senior operative.
Previous experience in a document services, print room, reprographics or post room environment.
Experience of producing accurate work to client specifications and working to deadlines, service levels or key performance indicators.
Experience of using print, scanning, finishing or mail handling equipment relevant to an on-site service.
Experience of providing customer service and responding to requests in a professional environment.
Experience of maintaining accurate operational records and handling confidential information.
Experience of service improvement, quality checking, training colleagues or supporting operational audits.
If you have some Knowledge of secure mail, courier, records management or document archiving processes would be an advantage
Clear written and spoken English and the confidence to communicate with clients, colleagues and suppliers.
A consistently high level of attention to detail and a strong sense of personal accountability.
Good planning and time management, with the ability to balance several deadlines and changing priorities.
A practical understanding of print, document production and post room workflows.
The ability to identify problems, make sensible decisions and use initiative when the manager is unavailable. A strong work ethic, flexible approach and willingness to remain hands-on across the full service
Competence in Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn Accenture systems, workflow tools and reporting processes
