Job summary

IPS is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead the PM team for its new EMEA office in Dublin or Cork, Ireland. The role reports to the EMEA Director of PM and collaborates with Design, Construction, CQV and corporate functions to meet project and company goals.

Responsibilities include leading the PM group, maintaining sales and growth targets, and ensuring profitability and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 15 years of project management experience.
• Engineering design background with pharma/biotech/nutraceutical projects.
• Strong administration, planning and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales efforts to meet annual growth targets.
• Identify SMEs for client development and sales opportunities.
• Lead and mentor project engineers and project managers.
• Ensure profitability and quality across regional projects.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and practices.
