Cafico International seeks a senior finance leader to head the Financial Services Team and oversee group-wide reporting with a strong focus on financial and regulatory reporting, client service and operational excellence.

Based at our Dublin 4 headquarters, this role requires a technically strong, commercially minded professional who can lead a high-performing team and manage senior client relationships while driving continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified accountant with IFRS/GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in financial services, regulated or audit environments.
• Proven client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical accounting lead for the Financial Services Team.
• Oversee group-wide accounting, reporting and regulatory oversight.
• Manage client relationships and ensure service standards.
• Lead process improvement and strategic development of the function.
