Reperio has partnered with a company who are looking for a hands-on leader to design and implement modern CI/CD pipelines, establish infrastructure as code (IaC), and drive automation across on-prem and multi-cloud environments. A unique opportunity to build a DevOps practice from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a player-coach position-mentoring teams, setting technical direction, and delivering scalable DevOps solutions that enable rapid, secure, and reliable software delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead enterprise-wide CI/CD solutions with quality and security gates
• Drive adoption of IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools
• Automate and optimize build, release, and deployment processes
• Guide teams in DevOps best practices and toolchain adoption
• Champion continuous improvement, operational excellence, and DevOps culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years in DevOps/CI-CD engineering with leadership experience
• Deep experience with tools like GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with monitoring, security, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
