Job summary

Realtime Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior DevOps Automation Engineer to join our engineering team and support evolving enterprise platforms. You’ll work across infrastructure, applications, and deployment pipelines to improve resilience and drive automation across the software delivery lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Terraform, Ansible, Python, Jenkins, and Git workflows. You will mentor colleagues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Exceptional troubleshooting and root cause analysis in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Python scripting.
• Experience administering and developing Jenkins pipelines.
• Experience using Git, GitHub, or GitLab with modern branching workflows.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production and pre-production issues with detailed RCA under pressure.
• Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible and Python.
• Build, administer, and enhance Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage Linux environments and support Windows where required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable delivery.
• Support release and deployment management across enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot across applications, middleware, network, and platform layers.
• Drive automation to replace manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement monitoring and observability to improve platform health.
• Mentor colleagues and promote modern engineering practices.
