Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Kilkenny seeks an experienced Design/Project Engineer. This senior role involves preparing and delivering design projects from feasibility studies to detailed designs. Candidates should have a Level 8 degree in Civil Engineering, 5+ years' relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MX Roads/Civil 3D. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ relevant experience (civil, roads, or transportation projects).
• Knowledge of TII Publications, DMURS, and Irish design standards is desirable.
• Experience in contract administration and tender processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review feasibility and preliminary designs and reports.
• Produce detailed and contract drawings using MX Roads or Civil 3D.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
