Design Build Search is seeking a Design Manager for a Dublin-based construction project in Drumcondra. The role focuses on technical management, coordinating design teams and third parties, and maintaining clear communications with the Project Manager.

You will bring experience from building contracting, strong problem solving, and a commitment to health and safety, quality, and programme delivery to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a building contractor environment.
• Membership of Engineers Ireland or similar institute is desirable.
• Strong problem solving, deadline adherence and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical management of the building project and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
• Ensure design deliverables meet deadlines, quality, programme and safety standards.
