GEDON™ | Precision Search for Complex Construction seeks a Project Director to lead major design & build infrastructure work in Ireland. You will own delivery from inception through to completion, with accountability across design, commercial and procurement.

This senior leadership role operates within a global consultancy, collaborating with international experts to deliver nationally significant projects and drive innovation and sustainability in delivery approaches.

Competenze

• Proven track record leading major design & build infrastructure programmes.
• Experience across metro, aviation, rail, water or highways schemes.
• Strong leadership across commercial, contract, procurement and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Irish public sector procurement and contract forms, such as PWC and NEC.

Mansioni

• Lead the delivery of major design & build infrastructure programmes from inception to completion.
• Take overall accountability for programme, cost, quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, commercial and construction functions.
• Oversee commercial and contract management, including procurement strategy, change and risk.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, regulators and public stakeholders at senior level.
• Ensure sustainability and innovation are embedded in design and delivery approaches.
• Report on project performance to clients and internal leadership.
• Support business development and the growth of the infrastructure portfolio in Ireland.
