Job summary

Exact IT Resources is seeking a Delivery Director (Oracle) for a UK-based IT services client. The role combines delivery and commercial responsibilities to drive the Oracle Cloud offering (ERP, EPM and HCM).

You must be a UK resident and either have or be eligible for Security Clearance. The position is hybrid with a focus on delivering transformative solutions and leading multi-disciplined teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record overseeing multi-million-pound portfolios or programmes within the Oracle Applications arena.
• Experience engaging at Executive level and delivering transformational change in Finance and/or HR systems.
• Strong commercial skills with focus on both customer solutions and satisfaction.
• Proposals, presentations and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage commercial aspects of Oracle Cloud projects.
• Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams delivering Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Drive growth of Oracle Cloud offerings (ERP, EPM, HCM) across client engagements.
• Prepare proposals and present solutions to stakeholders.
