Nucleo is seeking a Senior Manager to translate practice strategy into strong commercial, delivery, customer, and people outcomes. You will manage a defined business portfolio, overseeing performance against margins, utilisation, cost and delivery targets.

You will lead Delivery Managers and teams, ensuring governance across customer engagements and alignment to customer outcomes and Nucleo standards. Join a firm focused on meaningful outcomes through data, technology and transformation.

Formación

• Significant experience in consulting, professional services, technology delivery or transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex portfolios with commercial and stakeholder accountability.
• Strong financial management skills, including margin, utilisation, forecasting and profitability.
• Experience building high-performing teams, ideally managing other managers and blended employee/contractor teams.
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement, customer governance and escalation management experience.
• Sound commercial judgement across contracts, scope, pricing, risk and delivery trade-offs.
• Excellent communication, influencing and decision-making skills.
• A practical, adaptable leadership style, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Own portfolio revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting and profitability.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and lead governance forums.
• Oversee multiple engagements, risks, dependencies and performance; drive governance and reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams and managers; manage performance and succession planning.
• Contribute to practice strategy, service development and delivery improvements; support bids and strategic discussions.
