Core is seeking a Search Client Director to lead a portfolio of client accounts within the Performance Practice. You will drive delivery excellence, develop your team, and ensure client satisfaction through advanced performance strategies.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working and strong growth opportunities. In this role you will collaborate with Business Directors and Practice Leads, develop efficient processes, and identify opportunities to grow both clients and Core.

Qualificações

• Proven digital marketing experience with performance and search.
• Approx. 5–6 years in paid search or agency environment.
• Strong client service and relationship management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Proficiency in key digital marketing tools and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and delivery of client performance strategies across your portfolio.
• Monitor output from direct reports and manage development plans.
• Act as trusted advisor with expertise in search and performance marketing.
• Develop insights via research and data analysis to identify opportunities.
• Maintain relationships across performance teams and Core.
• Lead client presentations and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Drive client satisfaction and retention through robust management.
• Stay ahead of market trends and share insights across teams.
• Support new business initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to Core’s reputation through thought leadership.
• Demonstrate leadership by advancing key business initiatives.
