Job summary

ALG in Dublin seeks a Senior Listings Executive to join the Listings team in the Banking Department. You will manage debt securities listings from inception to admission, coordinating with issuers, arrangers, legal advisers and regulators.

The role requires at least five years in debt listings or capital markets, deep regulatory knowledge, and strong project management. You will guide junior colleagues, maintain high service standards, and support business development within a leading Irish law

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in debt listings or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of Prospectus Regulation and Euronext Dublin listing requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions with tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Mentoring or training junior team members is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of debt securities listing transactions on Euronext Dublin and other exchanges.
• Review prospectuses against Prospectus Regulation annexes for submission to the CBI.
• Annotate listing particulars against Global Exchange Market and Euronext rules.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals and manage timelines to admission.
• Liaise with issuers, arrangers, trustees, corporate service providers, advisers and regulators.
• Prepare supporting documentation for regulatory submissions and admission applications.
• Monitor developments in listing regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Support junior team members with training and onboarding.
• Contribute to internal procedures, templates and best practices.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
