Cpl Healthcare is recruiting a Senior Supervisor for a leading disability service in Tallaght. This full-time, permanent role drives day-service operations, staff supervision, and person-centred care.

Salary starts at €43,283 per annum with additional benefits and development opportunities. The Senior Supervisor will lead a dedicated team, oversee daily service delivery, ensure adherence to plans and HIQA standards, and promote independence for service users within a supportive, inclusive

Qualifications

• A Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• At least one year’s experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a social care or disability service.
• A strong understanding of relevant legislation, HIQA standards, and person-centred practice.
• A full manual driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the day service, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
• Ensure supports are delivered in line with individual person-centred plans and organisational standards.
• Assist with staff supervision, rota planning, team meetings, and service development.
• Promote independence, community participation, and meaningful skill development for the individuals supported.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.
