Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is delighted to be recruiting a Senior Supervisor on behalf of a leading disability service supporting autistic individuals in a day service setting in Tallaght. The role offers a full-time, permanent contract (39 hours per week) with a salary from €43,283 per annum.

As Senior Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated staff team, oversee daily operations, ensure person-centered supports, and drive service development while promoting independence and community participation.

Qualifications

• Level 8 qualification in social care or related field.
• At least 1 year experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in social care or disability services.
• Full manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a dedicated team delivering person-centred services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the day service.
• Ensure supports align with individual care plans and standards.
• Assist with supervision, rota planning, meetings, and service development.
• Promote independence, community participation, and meaningful skill development.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative working environment.
