Job summary

EY is hiring for a senior data governance role within its UKI AI & Data practice in Ireland. You will lead data governance initiatives, develop strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with clients across assurance, tax, and transactions to unlock value from data assets.

You’ll mentor teams and work with senior stakeholders to drive compliant, high-quality data management. You’ll bring 7+ years of data governance experience, strong communication skills, and expertise with tools like Collibra, Alation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in data governance and data management.
Experience with data governance tools and data stewardship.

Responsibilities

Lead data governance projects and establish enterprise data governance framework.
Develop data management and governance roadmaps and strategic priorities.
Work with clients to implement data policies, standards and processes.
Identify opportunities to leverage data assets for business value.
Build and mentor a team delivering data governance initiatives.
Establish relationships with senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
