Job summary

EY in Ireland is seeking an experienced Data Analytics professional to join our UKI AI & Data team across multiple offices. You will lead end-to-end data and analytics initiatives, collaborating with colleagues across service lines to deliver value for clients and strengthen EY's data capabilities.

The role requests a completed degree and 7+ years in data analytics, with hands-on expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• A completed degree (bachelors, masters, or PhD).
• 7+ years as a Data Analytics professional, or similar with project delivery focus.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Ability to communicate with clients and manage expectations.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik; SQL, Python, R.
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resources.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Engage with key stakeholders across client organisations to align on goals.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a learning culture.
• Collaborate with multiple service lines to deliver integrated analytics solutions.
