Job summary

Salesforce seeks a skilled Data Integration Engineer to design and operate data ingestion and ETL/ELT solutions. You will build and monitor Airflow DAGs, develop MuleSoft APIs, and ensure reliable data flows between Salesforce, finance, HCM systems, and data platforms.

You will also provide production support, incident triage, and contribute to SOX-related activities while documenting runbooks and RCAs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
• Hands-on Python and Snowflake experience.
• Airflow workflow development, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Experience with MuleSoft APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, API integrations, and release/support processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support ETL/ELT solutions using Python, Snowflake, SQL, Informatica, or Data Integrator.
• Design, maintain, and monitor Apache Airflow DAGs for scheduling and reliability.
• Develop and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations with Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Provide production support with AI-assisted monitoring and incident resolution guidance.
• Monitor data availability, quality, and SLA adherence across systems.
• Triage incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, and track time to resolution.
• Support SoX-compliant month/quarter/year-end activities and audits.
• Document SOPs, runbooks, and RCA reports; ensure clear operational procedures.
