Salesforce is seeking a Software Engineering professional to support IT Finance & Employee Success with data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines. The role involves developing, maintaining, and monitoring data workflows, APIs, and integrations across multiple platforms, including Salesforce and enterprise systems.

Ideal candidates will have 3-7 years of experience with Python, Snowflake, Airflow, and MuleSoft, and a strong focus on data quality, operational excellence, and collaborative problem

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, enterprise integrations, data warehouse platforms, and production systems.
• Proficient in Python and Snowflake for data ingestion and transformation.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for DAG design, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Experience supporting MuleSoft APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, API integrations, job monitoring, incident management, release management, and SLA-based production support.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce platform concepts, APIs, authentication, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, including fact and dimension tables, star/snowflake schemas, and Slowly Changing Dimensions.
• Ability to create clear SOPs, runbooks, RCAs, operational reports, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and support data ingestion and ETL/ELT solutions using Python, Snowflake, SQL, Informatica.
• Design and monitor Apache Airflow DAGs for scheduling and workflow orchestration.
• Develop and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations connecting Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Provide production and agentic support using AI-assisted monitoring and incident resolution.
• Monitor data availability, quality, and SLA adherence across pipelines.
• Perform incident triage and coordinate time-to-resolution with stakeholders.
• Support SoX processes in collaboration with internal and external auditors.
• Collaborate with data engineering, Salesforce, application, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver stable solutions.
