CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer - Salesforce & Data Engineering to bridge Salesforce CRM with Azure-based data platforms. You will architect and deploy scalable data pipelines and custom Salesforce solutions, mentoring engineers and enforcing best practices across data and Salesforce domains.

Lead design of Azure Databricks pipelines (PySpark, Delta Live Tables, Medallion architecture) and enterprise integrations with ADLS, Salesforce, and on-prem environments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in software development, cloud technology, or data engineering.
• 5–7+ years of hands-on data engineering with Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, ADLS.
• 3+ years Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC) and Flow automation.
• Strong SQL and relational DB background; migration of legacy SQL to Python/PySpark.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and deployment of scalable Azure Databricks pipelines.
• Drive Salesforce platform development: LWC, Visualforce, Apex, and Flows.
• Architect robust data integrations between Salesforce, ADLS, and on-prem/cloud.
• Modernize on-prem SQL pipelines to cloud-native Databricks with YAML/JSON patterns.
• Establish DevOps, IaC, and Pipeline-as-Code across Data and Salesforce domains.
• Define platform strategy and ensure data quality, reducing technical debt.
• Mentor engineers and set standards for performance, security, and governance.
