Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst in Ballsbridge, Dublin. You will investigate complex product issues, manage escalations end-to-end, and work with Engineering, Product and Client teams to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

2-3 years in technical product support, operations, or escalations.
Proven SQL experience for data querying, investigation and insight.
Ability to own complex escalations end-to-end with stakeholders.
Experience managing workflow queues and SLA-driven operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adherence to data handling policies and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Investigate complex product and platform issues using SQL, API calls, and data tools.
Own escalation cases end-to-end, coordinating resolution with Engineering and teams.
Apply root cause analysis and document findings with recommendations.
Manage daily product workflow queues to maintain SLA compliance.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Client teams to resolve defects.
Maintain data quality and contribute to team standards.
