Job summary

CurrencyFair LTD. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn data into measurable business impact across product, engineering, marketing, finance and operations. You will own data infrastructure, build dashboards, and drive revenue growth with data-driven insights.

The role requires strong SQL, Python and Tableau experience, ETL/DBT know-how, and the ability to translate complex findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders in a scaling fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in data analytics, product analytics, commercial analytics or BI, fintech preferred.
• Strong SQL for large, complex datasets; Python a plus.
• Experience with Tableau and DBT; AWS experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage data infrastructure and ETL pipelines to ensure reliability.
• Build dashboards and Tableau reports for business and product performance.
• Create executive dashboards and financial/regulatory reports.
• Maintain data governance including a data dictionary.
• Analyze revenue, volumes, FX margins and customer activity for growth.
• Identify key revenue drivers by customer segments and currencies.
• Promote a data-driven culture and upskill colleagues in analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into actions, including AI opportunities.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making.
