Job summary

Workhuman is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Back Office Reporting team in Dublin, Ireland. You will play a hands-on role across data modelling, analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement to deliver reliable datasets, reports and dashboards for Finance and Operations.

You will own the design and delivery of analytical solutions, automate manual processes, improve measures and KPIs, and explore AI-assisted tooling to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Experience with data modelling and modern data architecture concepts.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into datasets, reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Own solution design and delivery for Back Office reporting and data capabilities.
• Automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows and improve KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Data Platform and Architecture teams.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve analytical productivity and insights.
