Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on data manipulation and analysis experience.
• Experience with Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex or ambiguous business questions.
• Ability to identify meaningful insights beyond standard reporting requirements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within large, complex and sometimes unstructured datasets.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to understand drivers behind business performance.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or other applicable tools).
• Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Contribute to defining best practices for analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Monitor key metrics and flag unusual movements or data quality issues.
• Continuously look for ways to automate or streamline reporting and analysis workflows.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance analytics, streamline processes, and improve business decision-making.
• Develop a strong understanding of the business, industry, products, and market dynamics to deliver relevant insights and actionable recommendations.
