Northern Trust is seeking an experienced cybersecurity leader to drive threat detection, incident response, and security operations from our Ireland office. You will mentor analysts, coordinate complex investigations, and partner with IAM, Cloud Security, and Threat Intel teams to strengthen defenses.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on expertise in SIEM/XDR (Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, Splunk), cloud security, and automated playbooks.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading technical investigations and building cyber defense capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of malware analysis, threat hunting, identity security, EDR and cloud security.
• Experience with SIEM/XDR platforms and developing detections.

• Lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives to enhance Security Operations and Incident Response.
• Act as Incident Commander during major cyber security incidents; mentor analysts.
• Develop playbooks, runbooks, and automation to improve detection and response.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IAM, Cloud Security, Threat Intel and Risk teams.
