Job summary

Chill Insurance in Ireland is seeking a Marketing and Customer Insight Analyst to own behavioural segmentation, NBA decisioning, and propensity modelling across CRM. You will partner with CRM, Data, and Marketing to translate data into campaigns and measurable outcomes that drive revenue growth.

You will apply SQL, Python, and CRM platforms to design targeted journeys, test ideas, and optimise performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability — confident with SQL and data visualisation.
• Working knowledge of Python or similar tools to explore data, validate outputs, and interrogate model performance.
• Strong understanding of propensity modelling, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decisioning concepts.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing approaches (real-time decisioning, recommendation engines).
• Ability to interpret, challenge, and refine model outputs and translate into practical marketing actions.
• Experience translating segmentation, behavioural data, and model outputs into CRM strategies and journeys.
• Understanding of personalisation and decisioning systems and how rules and models interact in execution.
• Strong commercial mindset — prioritise activity based on value impact.
• Excellent communicator — translate analytics into clear business actions.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and embed TRG’s behavioural segmentation and decisioning frameworks.
• Translate segments into commercial strategies across acquisition, conversion, retention, and cross-sell.
• Define and evolve NBA frameworks and decisioning logic.
• Develop scalable personalisation approaches for behaviour-led journeys.
• Ensure decisioning logic is embedded within CRM execution.
• Identify key propensity use cases and translate model outputs into actionable CRM rules.
• Lead test-and-learn roadmap with strong hypotheses and statistical rigour.
• Provide clear recommendations to improve enquiry generation, conversion and retention.
