Job summary

CPM Ireland seeks a strategic data & Insights analyst to lead the next generation of innovation across our business and its delivery for our clients. Transforming numbers into insights to maximise ROI, you will consult with external clients and share outputs with stakeholders.

You will work across multiple data sources, understanding markets, category and consumer dynamics, and using tools like Power BI or Tableau to present impactful insights in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and insight generation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Client-facing experience and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with SQL and data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Familiarity with Azure/Azzure and Alteryx is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Working on multiple data sources to produce relevant data-driven insight.
• Presenting actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
• Delivering insights to drive behavioral and business change.
• Constructing data models to evaluate marketing success (ROI).
• Interpreting briefs and delivering end-to-end analytical solutions.
