Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Product Experience Design for Crypto Solutions.

You will craft end-to-end user experiences across onboarding, monitoring, and reporting journeys, translating complex risk signals into intuitive dashboards. Collaboration with Product, PMTs, and Engineers will be essential to deliver high-fidelity designs and prototypes, leveraging Copilot and AI tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a user experience function.
• Experience in enterprise software, fintech, payments, compliance, or cybersecurity.
• Ability to execute tactical design outputs with senior guidance as needed.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for design
• Proficiency in prototyping and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Crypto Solutions products, including onboarding, researching, monitoring, and reporting journeys.
• Apply UX methods to identify solutions, validate them, and prepare deliverables for Engineering partners.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, PMTs, and Engineers to translate strategy into intuitive digital experiences.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; validate with user research.
