Job summary

Ework Group is seeking an experienced Senior Coupa Implementation Lead to own a large-scale Coupa program within an international organization. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle from mobilization through deployment, go-live, and stabilization, while partnering with senior stakeholders and managing the overall roadmap and governance.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in end-to-end Coupa implementations, strong knowledge of S2P and P2P processes, and a track record of delivering

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Coupa implementations.
• Experience managing international cross-functional programs.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Excellent governance, risk management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full Coupa implementation lifecycle from planning to post-go-live stabilization
• Own program governance, roadmap, milestones, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, and business teams
• Manage implementation partners, system integrators, and technology vendors
• Drive requirements gathering and translate business needs into practical solutions
• Oversee integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and change management activities
• Ensure alignment between procurement processes, system design, and business objectives
• Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
• Lead go-live planning, cutover activities, and transition to operational support

We are looking for an experienced Senior Coupa Implementation Lead / Program Manager to take ownership of a large-scale Coupa implementation within an international organization.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with end‑to‑end responsibility for driving the program from mobilization and design through deployment, go‑live, and stabilization. You will work closely with senior stakeholders while independently managing the overall implementation roadmap, governance, delivery, risks, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing complex, international, cross‑functional programs

Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

Experience working with Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders

Strong program governance, risk management, and executive communication skills

Ability to challenge implementation partners and drive decisions independently

Nice to Have

• Coupa integrations with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms
• Procurement transformation and digital procurement background
• Experience across multiple Coupa modules
• Coupa certifications and/or formal project/program management certifications
