Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Ireland seeks a Senior Cost Estimator in Energy and Natural Resources. You will develop cost estimates across CAPEX/OPEX life cycles, from concept to close-out, for Oil & Gas, electrical networks, civils, and tunnelling programs.

You will maintain client relationships and drive high-quality estimations within a global consultancy. The role emphasizes experience with large-scale projects, adherence to AACE guidelines, and collaboration with cost, risk, and planning teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and manage cost estimates per AACE guidelines.
• Prepare and validate conceptual to definitive cost estimates.
• Support tendering activities and pre-tender estimates.
• Analyze project changes and risks, provide feedback on opportunities.
