Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Real Estate team in the Dublin area. You will guide clients and contractors through procurement, cost planning, and final accounts on iconic projects.

The role requires a strong background in construction cost management, client-facing collaboration, and knowledge of Irish market practices. We promote an inclusive environment and flexible working arrangements where possible.

Formación

• Proven track record in cost management and quantity surveying across full project lifecycle.
• Experience working in Irish market preferred and with clients/contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist feasibility studies and draft procurement reports.
• Estimate and cost plan; present final cost plan to client.
• Tendering and pre-qualification management.
• Manage post‑contract variances and change control.
• Perform cost checks and valuations on large projects.
• Produce monthly post‑contract cost reports for client.
• Negotiate and settle final accounts.
• Interface with client and other consultants through all stages.

Turner & Townsend is currently recruiting for a Senior Cost Manager within our Real Estate team to work with a variety of clients and across a number of iconic projects in the Dublin area.

We’re looking forindividuals possessing a keen interest in this spacewith a good knowledge of construction, whether from a Main Contracting or consulting background; who possessan outgoing/collaborative approach, to help guide the contractor and client through the process on a number of iconic projects.

Key Responsibilities

Commission Management, to include:

• Assisting on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
• Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan
• Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage
• Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes
• Taking personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects and in all cases ensuring that timely and accurate cost checking and valuation takes place
• Producing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
• Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

Qualifications

• A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management / quantity surveyingservices across the full project lifecycle
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar) preferred

Significant experience in the Irish market

• Degree or HNC level qualification
