Job summary

Marks Sattin in Dublin seeks an experienced Senior Manager to join its Corporate Turnaround team. You will lead liquidation engagements for investment funds and corporates, guiding asset realisation, liability settlement and final closure while coordinating with stakeholders.

You will manage multiple workstreams, develop financial models, and drive restructuring and M&A initiatives to maximise recoveries. A high level of analytical capability and prioritisation is essential in this fast-paced

Qualifications

6–8+ years in liquidation, restructuring or corporate turnaround.
Experience with M&A, debt advisory or similar environments.
Strong financial modelling, analytics, and problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting.
Relevant professional qualification such as ACA; insolvency qualification (PIP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead liquidation engagements across full lifecycle from asset realisation to closure.
Coordinate restructuring with accounting, tax, valuation and legal specialists.
Drive portfolio sales and M&A processes, including due diligence and deal execution.
Develop financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, modelling and contingency planning.
