Job summary

Kroll is seeking a highly motivated candidate in Ireland to join our Restructuring & Advisory practice. You will support day-to-day management of restructuring assignments, oversee asset-related tasks, and help prepare cash flows, budgets and scenario analyses.

This role provides exposure to creditors and markets while aligning with rigorous internal controls. Ideal applicants are pursuing a degree in business, finance, accounting or economics, possess excellent English communication, and are

• Current degree pursuit in business, finance, accounting or economics.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restructuring assignments and asset oversight.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, cash flows, budgets and forecasts.
• Develop scenario analyses and estimated outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date files on assignments and assets.
• Coordinate with third parties to prepare assets for market.
• Assist in insolvency and restructuring processes.
• Draft invoices and liaise with clients and creditors.
