Job summary

Utmost Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Actions professional to lead and optimise the end-to-end corporate actions capability across a diverse book of financial instruments. You will coordinate with plan holders, brokers, custodians and fund managers to ensure accurate, timely actions and robust risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Senior Administrator level within the Finance Sector.
• Delivery and maintenance of best practice in Investment Operations processes and service delivery.
• Proven track record of change agility.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver a Corporate Actions capability that meets planned activity levels and client needs, under tight timetables and with minimal errors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including plan holders, brokers, custodians and fund managers to ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Monitor distressed assets and provide reporting, re-registration services, dividend processing and cash/reinvest actions.
• Escalate client issues following defined procedures and ensure timely, professional resolution.
• Embed risk management in the function and ensure adherence to processing instructions and internal controls.
