Job summary

Utmost Group in Ireland is seeking a Senior Administrator, Corporate Actions in Navan to actively deliver a Corporate Actions capability, meeting client needs and strict timetables, with minimal errors across unit trusts, direct equities, structured products and other instruments.

You will work within a team to maintain best practice in Investment Operations, analyze activity trends, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and contribute to risk mitigation and service

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Senior Administrator level within the Finance sector.
• Experience delivering and maintaining best practice in Investment Operations.
• Proven track record of change agility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
• Curious and ambitious to improve customer experience.
