Job summary

Fidelity Investments Ireland is seeking a Corporate Actions Senior Analyst to join the Global Middle Office in Dublin. You will handle daily processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions and coordinate information between Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting and Custodian banks.

Required are 4+ years in Financial Services and 2+ years in Corporate Actions, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Financial Services experience
• 2+ years of Corporate Actions experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• In-depth knowledge of Corporate Actions concepts and practices
• Understanding of complex Corporate Actions events

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information flow between Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Treasurer's offices, Fund Accounting and Custodian banks
• Process daily Corporate Actions into the Fund Accounting system
• Communicate complex corporate actions to internal stakeholders
• Escalate issues appropriately
