Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in asset servicing or related field.
• Knowledge of investment instruments incl. Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Access).
• Proven success as a team player.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Revise communications, notifications and facilitate postings for Corporate Action events.
• Review Corporate Action events and determine processing requirements.
• Liaise with units and departments relating to clients on Corporate Action items.
• Proactively reconcile instructions versus eligible holders and execute client votes.
• Research discrepancies within department standards.
