Job summary

Purcell Construction is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead project teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across diverse construction projects in Leinster. You will manage programmes, coordinate with design teams, and represent the company at site meetings.

You will bring a Degree in Construction or Engineering, 10+ years in senior management and at least 3 years as Contracts Manager within a Main Contractor environment, with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Degree in Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years experience in senior management including 3+ years as Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities

Manage projects to meet programme and handover on time and within budget.
Ensure site safety and monitor progress with Safety Manager and EHS System.
Prepare, issue and monitor construction programmes; liaise with Design Team and Project Manager.
Represent the company at site meetings; prepare reports.
Monitor quality; ensure compliance with drawings, specs, regs.
Staff projects in liaison with Contracts Director.
Provide weekly Site/Project Reports.
Coordinate with Contracts Director, Purchasing Manager, QS & Head Office for reports and information.
