Job summary

Greenvolt Next is seeking a Construction Contracts Manager to lead the commercial, contractual and operational delivery of multiple utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects in Ireland. You will oversee contract management, risk and opportunity management, and client/stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget with the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience delivering major construction or renewables projects.
• Experience administering FIDIC, EPC, NEC4 contracts.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management across project lifecycles.
• Lead stakeholder communications and progress reviews.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.
• Identify commercial risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support procurement and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with ESB/EirGrid requirements.
• Promote best practice governance using Procore.
