Job summary

Greenvolt Next Ireland is seeking a Contract Manager to lead Solar O&M, Heating service and PPA assets across Ireland and the UK, ensuring high-quality service and strong asset performance.

You will bridge operations, client management, and commercial growth, oversee pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations, and drive expansion while building robust reporting and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Building Services, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications in PM/OM or renewable energy are desirable.
• Proven experience in operations management within renewable energy or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV operations, heating systems, asset performance management, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solar O&M, Heating service and PPA assets across Ireland and the UK.
• Oversee service delivery, client relationship management and commercial growth.
• Manage pricing, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Track invoicing and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and supply chain partnerships.
• Develop reporting standards and dashboards to improve cross-team communication.
