Job summary

Flutter Entertainment plc is seeking a Senior Content Performance Executive to join the Content team in the UK & Ireland. You will lead game performance analysis for the casino portfolio, using SQL/Looker to identify trends and drive data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams to optimise content strategies, monitor competitors in iGaming, and ensure high-quality insights that support safer customer experiences and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Analytical skills and data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.
Strong communication skills to share findings with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of iGaming industry dynamics and casino game mechanics is preferred.
Experience with statistical analysis methods to interpret complex datasets.

Responsibilities

Game Performance Analysis: analyse casino game performance including engagement metrics, retention rates and profitability.
Data analysis: create reports using SQL/Looker/Excel to identify trends and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
Competitor Analysis: monitor industry trends and benchmark performance against competitors.
Stakeholder management: collaborate with multiple teams to support content optimisation strategies.
