Flutter UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate Trading Operations Executive in Racing to help manage the UKI Racing product across Sportsbook and Exchange, from market creation through live management and issue resolution.

You will collaborate with Tech, Global Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, Product, Premium & Liquidity teams to deliver an improved, customer-first betting experience for over 1 million customers, with some evening and weekend hours expected.

The Role

**** As an Exec in the Racing Operations Team, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides an industry leading product across both the sportsbook and the Betfair Exchange. You will ensure continuous improvement of the UKI Racing product for our 3 UKI brands across the full product lifecycle, from market creation and live management right through to issue resolution, making quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.You will play a key role in driving operational excellence while fostering a customer-obsessed culture. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to continuously improve our product offering and internal processes.

What you’ll do

Form part of a team that takes responsibility for the UKI Racing products across both Sportsbook and Exchange, spanning market creation, settlement, post-settlement, issue resolution and retrospective reporting & analysis.

What we’re looking for

Strong understanding of the Flutter Brands and sportsbook/exchange products or a willingness to rapidly develop expertise.
